Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 2 days of product delivery.
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened, without any cuts or edits. - The product must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- With original packaging, tags, and accessories intact
Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products (after delivery)
- Items without unboxing video proof
- Products returned after 2 days of delivery
- Innerwear, grooming products, and personal care items (for hygiene reasons), unless damaged or incorrect
Refund Process
- Once the return request is approved, the refund will be processed:
- To the original payment method (for prepaid orders), or
- As store credit (for COD orders), as applicable
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after return approval.
Important Notes
- Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects.
- Manslook reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
